The heat conductometer is used for demonstrating the different heat conductivity of five metals or spokes by observing the melting of the wax. Place a small amount of wax at the end of each spoke and see how long each takes to melt. Heat conductivity can then be compared between the different metals. The spokes are made of five different metals: brass, copper, aluminium, nickel, and steel. This tool features an insulated handle and is supplied with a wax block.
