Description

The Generator AC/DC Hand Driven Motor is a versatile educational apparatus for demonstrating the principles of electrical generation and motor operation. Ideal for physics laboratories and classrooms. This unit allows students to clearly observe how mechanical energy is converted into electrical energy.

The system features a 175 mm pulley wheel connected via belt to a 25 mm driven pulley. All mounted on a sturdy cast bracket for smooth manual operation. The driven shaft carries a two-arm armature within a permanent magnetic field. It includes both a split ring commutator and slip rings, enabling easy selection between AC and DC output.

Integrated switches allow users to choose AC/DC mode and load selection, while the unit is supplied connected to a lamp and DC motor for immediate demonstrations. Two 4 mm terminals provide flexible connection to external equipment such as oscilloscopes and meters.

Compact yet robust (approx. 340 × 230 × 280 mm), this hand-driven generator is an excellent teaching tool for practical electricity experiments.
