Description
The 74LS30 has two independent positive logic 8-input NAND Gate. It has a wide operating voltage range, and a wide operating temperature range, and directly interfaces with CMOS, NMOS, and TTL.
The IC's output is always TTL, making it simple to interface with other TTL devices and microcontrollers. It is smaller in size and has a much faster speed, making it reliable in any device.
