The 74LS138 Expandable 3 to 8 Line Decoder features Schottky clamped for high performance. Ideal for use in high-speed memory-decoding or data transmission systems that require extremely short propagation delays.
It has 3 enable inputs to enable cascading and/or data reception. It also contains two fully independent 2-to-4-line decoders/demultiplexers.
