Description

The IC 4082 is a Dual 4 Input AND Gate with a 3V to 18V supply voltage range. This is significantly higher than any modern logic family. It has buffered output that improves transfer characteristics by offering very high gain.

All inputs are protected against static discharge with diodes to VDD and VSS.

• 60ns Medium-speed operation
• 100% Tested for quiescent current at 20V
• 2.5V at VDD = 15V Noise margin

• 5V, 10V and 15V Parametric ratings
• Meets all requirements of JEDEC Tentative Standard No. 13B
