Description
The 4069 CMOS Hex Inverter (MM74C04N) logic gates use complementary MOS (CMOS) technology. This provides characteristics such as a broad power supply working range, low power consumption, good noise immunity, and symmetrically controlled rise and fall timings. The 74C logic family, with its features, is ideal for digital systems.
Designers familiar with the standard 74 logic family benefit from pin out and function compatibility with series 74 devices. This lowers design time. Furthermore, all inputs are protected against static discharge damage by diode clamps on VCC and GND.
