Crush a can using air pressure! This “ideal” gas law demonstration shows how you can crush a can with air pressure due to a change in temperature. Heat up an empty drink can with some water added until it produces steam. Then safely dunk it in a tub of cold water and see it crumple.

Use the PASCO Wireless Pressure Sensor to track the pressure changes and see how pressure, temperature and volume are related.
