Description
The Ohaus e-D2 Analog Disruptor Genie, 240V is a powerful mechanical cell disruption device for demanding laboratory applications. Ideal for glass bead procedures, it delivers high-speed agitation for efficient disruption of yeast cells, bacteria, tissue samples, and other challenging biological materials.
Capable of processing up to 12 microtubes (1.5 mL or 2.0 mL) with snap or screw caps, this disruptor supports high-throughput sample preparation for DNA/RNA extraction, protein extraction, microbial cell disruption, plant tissue grinding, bacterial and fungal cell lysis, and pellet resuspension.
