Description
The Ohaus SPX422 Scout Portable Balance offers accurate and reliable weighing with a 420g capacity and 0.01g readability—ideal for labs, classrooms, and field use.
It supports multiple applications including weighing, parts counting, percent weighing, check weighing, totalization, and display hold. The backlit LCD provides clear visibility in various lighting conditions.
Built for convenience and durability, it features a sturdy ABS housing, stainless steel pan, weigh-below hook, manual calibration lock switch, and transportation lock. Leveling is easy with adjustable feet and a front-facing illuminated level indicator.
Powered by the included AC adapter or 4 AA batteries (not included), the SPX422 also supports optional communication interfaces like RS232, USB, Ethernet, or Bluetooth™. Additional features include a stability indicator, auto tare, low battery indicator, auto shut-off, and overload protection. Its stackable design with optional storage cover enhances portability and storage.
