Description
This IEC Free Fall Apparatus Solenoid Release features a 1.5m vertical rail for experiments using two steel balls of different sizes. The adjustable upper platform allows for varying drop heights.
An electronic timer connects to the upper and lower platforms, recording the time from the ball's release to when it strikes the lower platform. The solenoid release is powered by the digital Timer LB4064-101 (not included). This initiates the ball's fall when the timer's "Start" button is pressed. The timer displays results with 0.1ms accuracy. All necessary cables and plugs are included in the kit.
Note: Timer is not included in this model.
