Description
The Thermionic Tube - Triode, also known as an electron valve or tube, functions as an amplifier. A heater warms the cathode to emit electrons, and the DC voltage applied between the anode (plate) and cathode allows electron flow. The grid, a third electrode, controls this flow, enabling a small grid charge to regulate a larger current through the tube—demonstrating its amplifying function. It includes 4mm spin-free IEC terminals for easy connections.
