Description
The IEC Electromagnet 'U' Core & Armature 12 VDC features two 600-turn coils wound on steel cores, forming a magnetic yoke. The coils connect via 2x 4mm IEC terminals. A steel plate with a hook acts as the armature, with holding force increasing as the current through the coils rises. Suitable for AC or DC to demonstrate differences.
