Description
PASCO PASPort Displacement Sensor (PS-2204) is a device that measures the distance between the sensor and the target object by sensing the amount of displacement via a range of elements and converting it to a distance. This displacement sensor is ideal for measuring small deflections such as those resulting from a load applied to a truss, bridge, or other construction using any of the PASCO Structures Systems.
The digital indicator can be used as a standalone device to measure displacements and show them on its four and one-half digit LCD display. When connected to the sensor and using an interface these measurements can be transferred for analysis using PASCO software.
NOTE: The PASCO PASPort sensors require one of the PASPort interfaces in order to use them.
