Description
The PASCO PASPort Force Sensor PS-2104 measures both pulling and pushing forces in one dimension up to ±50 N. This accurate and rugged sensor will ensure your students get the most out of their force experiments. It includes an overload stop in the force beam and a polycarbonate, plastic case to protect it from damage.
These are excellent, low-cost, general-purpose force sensors for the student lab. The finger holes make them ideal for hand-held use and they can mount directly on a PASCO Dynamics Cart. Ideal for measuring force in one-axis experiments.
NOTE: It is recommended that you purchase a PASPort compatible interface in order to retrieve readings from the sensor.
NOTE: The Wireless Force Acceleration Sensor can perform all of the functions of the normal PASCO PASPort Force Sensor, plus it boasts a 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyro as well. Best of all, it connects directly* to your computers, tablets, smartphones and Chromebooks without the need for an interface and with no cables to get in the way.
*Devices without native Bluetooth® Smart connectivity will require a USB adapter.
