Description
The PASCO Airlink PS-3200 is the most cost-effective interface and compatible with an entire line of over 80 blue PASPort sensors. It allows you to connect to any PASPort sensor wireless and greatly expand the range of measurements available to you.
Connect your PASPORT sensor to your device via wireless Bluetooth or through a direct USB connection. Collect data in or out of the classroom using computers, tablets, or smartphones.
The AirLink is the ideal way to use PASPORT sensors. Just simply plug the sensor in, connect it to your computer or device, and start collecting data. New for 2016, Bluetooth pairing is done within PASCO's software (either SPARKvue or Capstone) to make the whole process fast and easy. Multiple AirLinks can be used at the same time.
Note: Most of PASCO's original line of analog ScienceWorkshop sensors can also be connected to the AirLink with the proper adapter.
Compatibility
Compatibility/System requirements for PASCO Bluetooth Smart products
The AirLink may be connected via USB or Bluetooth. For Bluetooth connectivity please read the following:
• Any current model Mac, iPad, iPhone, Android tablet, or Android phone will support direct connection to PASCO Bluetooth Smart devices.
• Windows computers/tablets and Chromebooks currently require the PS-3500 USB Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter to connect to PASCO's Bluetooth Smart devices.
• Older iOS devices without Bluetooth Smart support such as iPad 2 cannot connect to PASCO Wireless Sensors or the new AirLink. However, they can connect any PASPORT sensor using the AirLink 2 interface which uses standard Bluetooth connectivity.
