Description

The LM335Z  is a Precision Temperature Sensor IC that can be easily calibrated. It operates as a 2-terminal Zener and the breakdown voltage is directly proportional to the absolute temperature at 10mV/°K. Applications include almost any type of temperature sensing over −40°C to 100°C.
