Description

The BBC micro:bit Servo:Lite board can connect two servos in standard configuration and can drive up to 3 servos if the addressable 'ZIP' LEDs aren’t needed.

This is a simple board that allows you to connect and control low-power servo motors (servos must be able to operate at 3.3V) using the BBC micro:bit. It has five bolts that connect it to the micro:bit.

Powered by 3 AAA batteries, it also serves as a power source for the BBC micro:bit. To avoid battery drain, the board has an on/off switch. The board features 5 x RGB individually addressable ZIP LEDs (NeoPixel compatible), and you can connect additional external ZIP LEDs to the board as needed.

  • 3 x AAA Batteries
  • 1 x BBC microbit
  • Servos
  • Screwdriver
