Description
These Dual Pulse-Width-Modulation Control Circuits combine all of the operations required to produce two pulse-width-modulation (PWM) control circuits on a single monolithic chip, with a focus on power-supply regulation.
It has an on-chip 2.5-V regulator, two error amplifiers, an adjustable oscillator, two dead-time comparators, undervoltage lockout circuitry, and two common-emitter output transistor circuits.
