Description
These Picaxe Ultimate Experimenter Board Kits are versatile bundles for anyone who wants to start experimenting with PICAXE right away. The kit includes a PICAXE-18M2, but the open design allows you to use any of the PICAXE chips, which are sold separately.
We supply the board fully assembled with:
- 3 LED indicator outputs
- 3 Digital switch inputs
- LDR and preset resistor analog inputs
- DS18B20 digital temperature sensor
- Infrared sensor
- LED output
- Keyboard connector
- Serial (inverted and true (MAX202 buffered)
- RS232 connectors
- Sockets for I2C and SPI memory chips (sold separately)
- Socket and battery connector position for DS1307 Real Time Clock(sold separately)
You can power the experimenter board via batteries (battery box included), or an external power supply (sold separately). And also, the board has an onboard regulated power supply, with an LED power indicator.
Furthermore, the kit includes the board. Thus, all you need to get started is a computer and batteries or a power supply.
