Description
The IC 74368 is a Hex Bus Driver with 3-State Outputs, encased in a 16-lead plastic DIP package. It enhances the efficiency and compactness of three-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, as well as bus-oriented receivers and transmitters. This IC provides the designer with the flexibility to choose from a variety of output configurations, including both inverting and non-inverting options, alongside symmetrical G (active-low control) inputs.
This versatile device boasts a high fan-out capability, and improved fan-in performance. It is suitable for driving terminated lines with impedance levels as low as 133 ohms.
