Description
The IC 7445 is a BCD-to-decimal decoder/driver comprising 8 inverters and 10 four-input NAND gates.
The inverters are linked in pairs to provide BCD input data for decoding by the NAND gates. Full decoding of BCD input logic ensures that all outputs remain OFF for all invalid binary input conditions. The IC 7445 features high-performance, NPN output transistors designed for indicator/relay drivers or as an open-collector logic-circuit driver.
