Description
The 74LS373 Tri-State Octal Transparent Latch contains eight latches with 3 outputs for bus-organized system applications. When Latch Enable (LE) is HIGH, the flip-flops appear transparent to the data (data changes asynchronously). Alternatively, when LE is LOW, data that meets the setup times is latched. When the Output Enable (OE) is set to LOW, data appears on the bus. When OE is HIGH, the bus output has a high impedance.
