Description
The 74LS365 IC is a high-speed hex buffer with 3-state outputs. It is organized as single 6-bit or 2-bit / 4-bit data (D) paths that can be inverting or non-inverting.
When the Enable (E) is set to LOW, the outputs drive 15 TTL Unit Loads or 60 Low Power Schottky loads. The IC's output is always in TTL mode, making it simple to interface with other TTL devices and microcontrollers.
It is smaller in size and has a much faster speed, making it reliable in all types of devices.
