Description
The 74LS20 Dual 4 Input Positive NAND Gate contains two independent 4 input NAND gates, each of which performs the logic NAND function. It has a wide operating voltage range, a wide operating temperature range, and directly interfaces with CMOS, NMOS, and TTL.
The IC's output is always TTL, making it simple to interface with other TTL devices and microcontrollers. It is smaller in size and has a much faster speed, making it reliable in all types of devices.
