Description
The 74LS170 is a low-power, high-speed 4 x 4 Register File Open Collector IC with four words by four bits.
It offers separate read and write inputs, along with address and enable inputs, enabling concurrent read and write operations. With open-collector outputs, you can connect up to 128 outputs in a wired-AND configuration to expand word capacity to 512 words.
This IC's output is always TTL, making it simple to interface with other TTL devices and microcontrollers. The IC 74LS170 is smaller in size and has a significantly faster speed, making it reliable in all types of devices.
