Description
The 74LS139 is a dual 1-of-4 decoder/demultiplexer with high speed. The device has two independent decoders, each of which accepts two inputs and outputs four mutually exclusive active LOW outputs.
Each decoder has an active LOW Enable input that you can use as a data input for a demultiplexer with four outputs. Each half of the LS139 can generate all four minterms of two variables. The LS139 is high speed using the Schottky barrier diode process and is fully compatible with all Motorola TTL families.
