Description

The 74LS125 Quad Tri-State buffer has four independent gates, each of which performs a non-inverting buffer function. Features include 3-State Outputs, Disabled Mode, and Fast Switching Times.

The operating temperature is up to 70°C. Standard TTL Switching Voltages.
