Description
The 74LS09 Quad 2 Input Positive AND Gate (OC) contains four independent gates each of which performs the logic AND function. The open-collector outputs require external pull-up resistors for proper logical operation.
Rated for operation between 0 to +70°C. 5 V supply voltage. Supplied in a plastic DIP 14 package.
