Description
The 74LS03 Quad 2-input NAND Gate contains four independent 2-input NAND gates. To function properly, the open-collector outputs require pull-up resistors. They can be linked to other open-collector outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions.
Open-collector devices are frequently used to generate higher VoH levels.
