Description
The 74LS02 Quad 2 Input Positive NOR Gate has 4 independent gates each of which performs the logic NOR function. The operating temperature is between 0 to +70°C with a 5V supply voltage.
The 74LS02 is a TTL (Transistor to Transistor Logic) device that uses low-power Shottky transistors to reduce the stored charge and achieve faster switching speeds than conventional bipolar transistors.
It is a 14-pin IC with four NOR gates, each with two inputs and one output.
