Description
The IC 7406 is a Hex Inverter Buffers/Drivers with high-voltage open-collector outputs for interfacing with high-level circuits (such as MOS) or driving high-current loads (such as lamps or relays). It can also function as an inverter buffer for driving TTL inputs. It has a 30V minimum breakdown voltage and a 30mA maximum sink current.
