Description
The IC 4555 is a Dual Binary to 1 of 4 Decoder/Demultiplexer. It has 2 select inputs (A and B), an Enable input (E), and four exclusive outputs. The outputs on this IC are High on Select. When the Enable input is set to High, the outputs of IC 4555 remain low regardless of the state of the select inputs A and B.
