Description
The IC 4539 is a Dual 4 Channel Data Selector/Multiplexer built utilizing N- and P-channel enhancement mode transistors equipped with a Dual 4-input Multiplexer.
IC 4539 has a supply voltage range of 5V to 20V, which is far higher than any current logic family. It has a buffered output that optimizes transfer qualities by offering a very high gain. Diodes connected to VDD and VSS protect all inputs from static discharge.
