Description
The IC 4521 is a 24-Stage Frequency Divider that consists of an oscillator section and 24 ripple-carry binary counter stages for dividing frequencies. The oscillator can be configured using IN' to create either NC or crystal oscillator circuits. When not in use, INI should be tied either HIGH or LOW. Applying a HIGH to the RESET pin resets the counter to the all-O's state and disables the oscillator. The CD4521 IC is compatible with a broad range of working voltages and conditions, and it can directly interface with CMOS, NMOS, and TTL technologies.
