Description
The IC 4515 is a 4 Bit Latch/4 to 16 Line Decoder built with complementary MOS (CMOS) circuits that include N- and P-channel enhancement mode transistors. On the other hand, the IC 4515 outputs a logical "0" at the specified output. Its input latches are R-S flip-flops that save the last input data before the strobe transition from "1" to "0."
