Description
The 4511 IC is a BCD to 7-segment decoder driver. Its role is to convert the logic states at the outputs of a BCD, or binary coded decimal, counter, such as the IC 4510, into signals that will drive a 7-segment display.

- High output sourcing capability up to 25mA
- Input latches for BCD code storage
- 100% tested for quiescent current at 20V
- Maximum input current of 1µA at 18V (full package temp range) and 100nA at 18V (25°C)
- 5V, 10V and 15V parametric ratings
