Description
The MM80C97N is a Tri-State Hex Buffer, a monolithic complementary MOS (CMOS) integrated circuit made up of N- and P-channel enhancement mode transistors. It converts CMOS or TTL outputs to 3-STATE outputs without inverting the logic. The MM80C97N features two 3-STATE controllers, one for two devices and the other for the remaining four. Diode clamps to VCC and GND prevent the inputs from static discharge damage.
