Description
The IC 4081 is a Quad 2 Input AND Gate in a DIP-14 package. It is a monolithic CMOS IC made up of N- and P-channel enhancement mode transistors.
Both transistors have symmetrical source and sink current capabilities and adhere to B series output drive standards. This integrated circuit also has buffered outputs, which improve transfer characteristics by offering very high gain.
