Description
The 4013 is a dual D Flip/Flop IC for digital electronics. It contains two independent D-type flip-flops with complementary outputs (Q and Q̅). The IC operates on positive-edge-triggered clock signals, capturing and latching the data input (D) onto the output at the rising edge of the clock pulse.
