Description
The IC DS1489 is a Quad RS232 Line Receiver designed to connect data terminals to data communications equipment. They're built on a single monolithic silicon chip.
These devices meet the requirements of EIA Standard RS-232D.

- “Fail safe” operating mode: high output for open inputs
