Description
The PASCO Wireless Geiger Counter detects alpha, beta, and gamma radiation particles as they enter the internal Geiger–Müller detector tube. Designed for easy mounting, it offers precise position control for inverse square law experiments. It includes an audible beep to indicate ionizing radiation detection.
With wireless control of the high voltage supplied to the Geiger–Müller tube, students can measure counts per interval at different voltages and plot these values to observe the Geiger plateau characteristics of the tube.
