Description
This high-temperature basalt fiber protective sleeve is made from extruded volcanic basalt and provides exceptional cable protection. It can withstand temperatures of up to 650°C, which is higher than our previous fiberglass-based product, which could only withstand 450°C. It is also extremely strong and resistant to abrasion.
Sold in a 1-metre pack with a 3mm diameter.
Note: Ends will unweave with excessive handling. Use tape to hold the fibers together while handling them and/or secure them with a cable tie during installation.
