Description
This product is an IEC Teflon Hot Plate with Thermostat temperature control. A general laboratory hot plate with a 200 x 180mm high-temperature alloy PTFE (Teflon) coated top plate for even plate temperature. Covered with a PTFE (Teflon) coating to make the plate more hard-wearing and robust against chemicals. The Simmerstat temperature control provides heat adjustment from zero to full over a scale from 1 to 10o. Capable of reaching a maximum plate surface temperature of 420°C. It also holds the temperature to specific settings as selected by the control knob.
Hot Plate with Simmerstat Control ideally suited to general laboratory applications like bringing fluids to a simmer or a boil. The front panel features a mains switch and the heat control knob.
