The PICAXE 18M2 Chip is a enhanced PICAXE microcontroller. Favoured in hobbyist projects due to its powerful features and capabilities, but also suitable for more advanced educational use.
The PICAXE 18M2 Chip supports up to 16 inputs/outputs with 10 analogue/touch sensor channels.
All M2 series parts support enhanced features such as configurable i/o pins, parallel tasks, ring tone music and touch sensor inputs.
You can use this micro controller with any software program that supports PICAXE hardware, including the free PICAXE programming editor.
