The Alloy APC1000SC.20 Single Mode Fibre PoE Media Converter is a powerful and versatile networking device. It provides reliable and efficient communication over long distances using single-mode fiber optic cabling. The Alloy APC1000SC.20 converter is a standalone device that can power PD (powered devices). It also allows for the addition of PoE (Power over Ethernet) devices to a network at remote locations where copper connections are not allowed due to distance limitations.

The APC1000 Series media converters are capable of supporting two types of media: 10/100/1000Base-TX and 1000Base-FX.

The APC1000 Series media converters are specifically designed for applications where power supply to connected Ethernet devices is required through the network connection, instead of a power cord. These are ideal solutions for powering PoE-enabled devices such as wireless access points, IP cameras, and VoIP phones. Fully compliant with the IEEE 802.3at/af standard.
