Description
The Synology MR2200ac Router is a tri-band router that can be used as a single device or also with other nodes to form a mesh network. With Tri-Band and MU-MIMO technology, this router enables simultaneous connections from multiple devices which helps maximum Wi-Fi speeds and reduces congestion. Designed to keep all devices connected while also keeping everyone safe from any malicious intrusions.
Smart Connect
Using Smart Connect, it will automatically connect devices to the best band for optimal connection performance, also reducing delays and interruptions.
Guest Network
Use the Guest Network to provide a secure connection while giving limited permissions and access to the general public and temporary visitors. You can also set up a welcome portal for anyone who connects to your Guest Wi-Fi. To prevent unauthorized access, you'll also have access to tools like scheduling, auto password change, and MAC address filtering.
Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)
The router has a dedicated WPS button. Simply press it to allow your Wi-Fi connection to auto-configure and enjoy a simple setup. You can also use the USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A port to connect a printer or external hard drive for wireless access and file sharing.
Synology Router Management (SRM)
SRM's built-in algorithms make deployment super easy. The system intelligently self-configures and self-optimizes. It even heals itself, ensuring that you always have the quickest possible connection to the Internet.
