Description
These BC548 are NPN bipolar junction transistors that can be used in many general-purpose applications. It can handle a maximum current of 500mA, which is sufficient to power many other components such as ICS, other transistors, circuit segments, relays, LEDs, and so on. The BC548 has a maximum collector dissipation of 625 milliwatts. This is another useful attribute for usage as a tiny amplifier.
