Description
This is a PCB mounting DB25P Male type Right Angle connector. It is an analog 25-pin plug of the D-Subminiature connector family that can be easily soldered on a PCB. This connector is primarily used for serial connections, allowing for asynchronous data transmission via the RS-232 standard. It is also used for parallel port connections and was originally used to connect printers, so it is sometimes referred to as a "printer port" (LPT for short).
