Description
The Triac 40A 600V TO218 is for on/off functions in static relays, heating, regulation, and induction motor starting circuits. It is also for phase control operations in light dimmers, and motor speed controllers.
Its features include high-current TRIAC, low thermal resistance with clip bonding, and high commutation capability. A BTA series UL1557 certified and packages are RoHS (2002/95/EC) compliant.
