The 4N28 Phototransistor Coupler is an industry-standard single-channel phototransistor coupler designed for various applications. With a high isolation voltage of 500V, it ensures secure electrical separation between input and output circuits. Each optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor.
